IAPS 2024 REGISTRATION

Important Notes If you register to the IAPS Conference as a non-member, you will automatically become an IAPS member for 2 years, unless you don't want to.

IAPS membership runs from January to December, thus membership will be for the remaining period of the conference year and the whole of the subsequent year).

* Student non-member rates apply to EDRA, MERA, EBRA student members, as well as to academics and students from low and middle countries from Global South (following

OECD list). University affiliation will be the criteria to apply these rates.

** Students HAVE TO present a valid Student ID, which MUST be uploaded during the registration process. Registrations cannot be completed without uploading this valid documents

The registration fee includes:

• 2 year membership to IAPS for non-members

• Admission to all scientific sessions

• Abstract Book in digital format

• Certificate of participation and payment receipt

• Coffe beaks and lunchs during full days of Conference

Early bird Registration

Active participants (presenters, discussants) must fully register in early bird to be included in the final program. Please check early bird fees and dates. Other co-authors who attend the conference need to make a separate full registration.

Certificate of attendance

In order to reduce the amount of paper used at the IAPS2024 Conference, participants will receive a "Certificate of Attendance" in pdf format after the conference has ended.

Payment

• Payment through credit card is due at the time of registration (AMEX, Mastercard and VISA)

• Please note that the invoice will be issued in accordance with information provided on your registration form. Special requests should be made upon registration

• A fee of € 20 will be charged for the reissue of invoices

• Registration, including billing and invoices are managed by the logistic services of Mundiconvenius. For any queries regarding invoices, please contact us at iaps2024@gruporic.com

Confirmation

• The registration process should take no longer than 10 minutes

• The registration will only be complete when you receive an email confirmation

• If you do not receive the confirmation by email, please check your spam/ junk mail inbox before contacting us: iaps2024@gruporic.com

Cancellation and reimbursement policies

For cancellations or changes of name shall be contacted by email to the Technical Secretariat: Reunions i Ciencia (iaps2024@gruporic.com)

- Up to 90 days before the event the total payment will be refunded except for 30 euros charged as administration fee

- Between 89 to 30 days before of the event the refunded will be 50% of the total contribution

- From 29 days on, cancellations will not be entitled to a refund, but name changes will be accepted up to 15 days before the event. Name changes will be charged a fee of € 20 per registration

- All refunds will be made from May 7th to May 31th. Bank charges may be deducted

- Requests submitted after this period will not be considered
